My Birthday Bash @ Boracay 2010

My Birthday is one of my favorite time of the year. And this year I am blessed to celebrate my birthday at Boracay with my family.

6:00am flight bound to Caticlan via Seair

We arrived at Godofredo P. Ramos Airport around 7:10 am.

The first thing we did after we arrived, we hung out by the beach and went for a swim.

What a peaceful day!

Take a closer look. Can you see how white the sand is?

Strolling at the beach and D' Mall. This is the place where you can buy souvenirs, get your nails done, and grab some snacks.

Cool painted t-shirts with personalized names. I think it's P900+ for each shirt.

Cute mini replica of the Eiffel Tower

There's also a Havaianas store along the beach of station 1.

Willy's Rock is one of the tourist attractions here in Boracay. It's like a mini island where you can have your pictures taken.

One of the fun part of going to Boracay is trying some of the water activities like Jet Ski, Parasailing, Flyfish, Banana Boat, etc.

And since it's my birthday I don't want to miss the sand sculpting. I think my husband paid P100 for the all the pictures we've taken.

And if you're up for a little entertainment, there are a couple of mimes at D' mall.

After a long and hot day, we bought some refreshments at Starbucks located at Station 2.

Happy Birthday to me! Join me again on my next adventure. Until next time!

Father's Day Celebration @ Tagaytay Highlands 2010

One of my uncles is a member of Tagaytay Highlands. As a celebration of Father's Day, he invited us for lunch at The Peak Bar located at the highest point of Tagaytay Highlands.

Shabu-Shabu for lunch

Breathtaking view! It's really wonderful to see this kind of scenery and have a break from the stressful city.

Do you want to come ride with us and enjoy the wonderful view? : )

One of the three clubhouses here at Tagaytay Highlands

The Golf Club at Tagaytay Highlands

Hope we get a chance to come back here and play golf!

Where did you celebrate Father's Day? Share them on the comment box below. I would love to hear your stories! Until next time!

Zoobic Safari 2010

As we celebrated my sister's birthday here in Subic, we planned to visit Zoobic Safari. We were so amazed of all the animals that we encountered.

As we enter the zoobic safari, the first attraction that caught our eyes is the animal photo opportunity where you can get your picture taken up close and personal with some of the animals.
I was so afraid in this moment, that's why I'm not there. I know, I'm a scaredy cat. Hehehe!

You can see the bearcat walking through their trails above you, and you can feed them bananas on a stick for only P10 pesos.

Rodent world is the place where you can see different kinds and species of rodents like guinea pigs, large Palawan rats and a lot more.

Pink Tamaraws

Awwww poor monkey looking for a companion

Bambi's here! : )

Cutie patootie baby sheep

When I was a child, I always wanted to see a real pony!

Donkeys

Tiger safari is a thrilling adventure of a lifetime. This is where you get to ride on a safari jeep while the guide feed them with whole chicken. You can actually feel the fear and excitement when the tigers come closer to you. I got really scared throughout the whole ride and almost cried.

Animal Muzooeum is the place were you can see a lot of interesting features like this huge ostrich egg that I'm holding.

Aeta's trail is were you can experience the culture of the native Filipino people.

You can also buy souvenirs along the trail.

Croco loco, for me, is the scariest attraction in Zoobic Safari. This is were you can buy chopped chicken and feed them to the crocs. They literally jump just for them to catch the chicken. So scary! '_'

On our way back to the hotel, we saw these monkeys wandering along the road. : )
awww poor monkeys!

Join me again on my next adventure. Until next time!
